I am presently engaged with PeopleFirst (India), leaders in Executive coaching & OD interventions. PeopleFirst in India operates 4 key verticals - Executive coaching, OD, Business Consulting and Learning. These are interesting areas, and specifically in the past few years the changing landscape for Learning and knowledge exchange has undergone radical change. Hopefully, we are at the cusp of a major shift in the way Knowledge is shared, accessed and learnt across the world. And we ought to be in a position where we can make a difference to this.

Between 2008 & 2013, I also held additional responsibility as Dean for IIFM, and Executive Director for Ideacount Education, one of the top ranked educational services companies in India. Ideacount Education owns national brands such as Frameboxx Animation, IIFM (Indian Institute of Finance & Management), Pastel IP, Networxx and others, and is present across close to 45 cities across India. Earlier, I have worked for banks like Standard Chartered, HDFC & HSBC, leading national & international roles.
