“If there is no individuality there is nothing! If there is nothing but the individual, collaboration will perish” – Jagmohan Bhanver, co-founder – TRUEtest
Collaboration if managed well can ignite creative solutions to problems and engender value creation. This holds true for the individual, the business, the organization or the larger community.
The Collaboration Elements Inventory (CEI) helps you recognize how you view collaboration within your organization (or for a specific collaborative group within your organization). When viewed in conjunction with responses from other stakeholders within the organization (or for a specific collaborative group within your organization), it becomes easy to identify strengths, discussion areas and potential concerns that could then be addressed.
It is recommended that stakeholders from different parts of the organization take the inventory. The more representative the sample and the larger the number of people taking the inventory, the more meaningful the results will be. It is best that a trained CEI assessor debrief the results of the inventory.
The Collaboration Elements Inventory (CEI) inventory measures the extent of collaboration within an organization (or for a specific collaborative group within the organization). This is measured as a High – Moderate – Low score across six different Categories - setting, assets, stakeholder traits, motive, disclosure, and procedure & configuration. These six categories are split across twenty-two success Elements which are further broken up into forty-four Items.
